Jack White explains his philosophy about today’s music and plays a short, but awesome piano version of “Sittin’ On Top Of The World”. The clip is from the documentary “It Might Get Loud”. I got a lot of requests for the piano chords of the song. Unfortunately I am not able to transcribe it myself. If anyone can and is willing to share it, message so I can post it here. You will get full credit for your work of course. The chords must cover the whole song (including the mini solo). It’s not hard since it’s a classic blues progression, so a trained ear will find easy to figure it out. I would prefer you to send it in standard notation (with both hands), but any other method is accepted as long as it’s clear:) I DO NOT OWN ANYTHING.
In this video I show you a way of changing the 12 bar blues sequence and using passing chords to add some interest. Hope this help and please leave a comment
