I would love to plant blue berrys, black berrys, raspberrys or something like that. would they survive here and where would i want to plant them?
I am <reluctantly> attending a Ted Nugent concert at the House of Blues in Southern California next month, and I have absolutely no idea what to wear. My husband and his friend, huge fans of Ted’s in highschool, are dragging along the wives for an evening of rock-n-roll and middle-aged guys who like to talk about hunting. Okay, so the other wife and I are thrilled about the idea. Can you tell? 
So here’s the thing. I live in Northern California, am your average 45-year-old who typically dresses like a suburban mom, and I have absolutely no idea what to wear to this kind of concert – especially in LA. Should I be in jeans and a t-shirt? All black with lots of silver? Camou? Slacks and a blouse? Sandals or heels?
My hair is blonde, and I wear it in a pin-straight, A-line bob. I’m 5’4" and top-heavy, so a spaghetti-strapped t-shirt is out of the question. (I know people do it all the time, but I don’t care for visible bra straps.)

We have murderous hot summers and quite cold winters but mild in between; I want to grow bird of paradise and blue agave in my borders … is this possible or should I put them in planters.
Also, if they are in planters, is there a cover crop to plant around them that will spill over the side of the planter so as not to leave a lot of dirt exposed?

I really like Charleston, South Carolina and I want a southern themed bedroom. I need some ideas. I really like cool colors and my walls were recently painted light blue. I also really like the beach so I kind of want a southern/beachside themed bedroom. My room is small and I have to keep most of my furniture which is white. I have a sleigh bed and it is also white.
I want to rent a boat and fish for Blue Fin Tuna in the Pacific ocean, off the coast of Los Angeles. When is a good time of the year to do this? Can you do it anytime or is there a season?

iTunes says alternative. Then again, iTunes is full of shit. They call everything alternative. So what would you consider it? Blues? Southern Rock?
Supposedly can see it with naked eye but not sure if mistaking for north star or a planet. Also noticed that there is two very bright stars in the sky, are they planets? one is slightly brown/red and steady illumination, other is glimmering between red/white/blue.
